Warranty
All items carry a "defective parts warranty". This covers any manufacturer defect or faulty part and does not apply to any labor fees associated with any installation or repairs. Our warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items (i.e. belts, tires, clutch or batteries) unless defective upon receipt. Our warranty does not extend to consumer abuse, neglect, return shipping fees or improper assembly. If any parts are needed after the warranty expires, DISCOUNT SCOOTERS carries any and all replacement parts that may be needed. BASIC MECHANICAL KNOWLEDGE IS MANDATORY IF PURCHASING THIS ITEM.

Shipping
All items are shipped within 2 business days of payment and are sent with complete insurance in the unlikely event of loss or damage during shipping.

Hawaii and Alaska residents please phone 213-272-0748 for shipping quotes. WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.. For residential deliveries: The trucking company will phone you before attempting delivery to set up a delivery time. For business deliveries: The trucking company will make delivery without phoning and during business hours only.

When operating this product, operator agrees to comply with the laws and regulations that pertain to the streets and roads of that city or area. This product is not to be driven on highways. This product is not designed for stunt riding. The manufacturer and distributor will not be held liable for any injuries or damages which may occur during the operation of this product.

In the event you encounter a problem or need to request a replacement part, please email us at info@hotscooterdeals.com and include your name, address, phone number, item name along with a description of the part needed or problem that you are encountering.

You may also contact our customer support line at 213-272-0748 between 9 a.m. & 6 p.m. PACIFIC TIME. Although we will do our best to assist with troubleshooting issues, please keep in mind that ultimately it is the buyer's responsibility to determine the cause of any malfunctions and to also correctly request any replacement parts needed.

Discount Scooters will not be responsible for any maintenance, mechanic or repair fees. We may also request either an email photo or the actual defective part be returned to us so we may correctly match it and send the correct replacement part. There will be no charge for replacement parts sent for items that are still under warranty. Depending upon circumstances, we may elect to extend the buyers warranty length and terms. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS.
